The Marist Red Foxes and the Lehigh Mountain Hawks meet in college basketball action from the Stabler Arena on Wednesday night.

The Marist Red Foxes will be looking to rebound from a 78-75 loss at the hands of Binghamton in their last game. Patrick Gardner led the Red Foxes with 24 points on 9 of 21 shooting with a team-high 13 rebounds for the double-double while Noah Harris chipped in 19 points with 5 threes. Stephane Ingo also added 3 blocks as well for Marist in defeat.

The Lehigh Mountain Hawks will hope to build on a 97-58 win over a subdivision opponent last time out. Keith Higgins Jr.  led the Mountain Hawks with 17 points on 6 of 9 shooting with 3 threes while Tyler Whitney-Sidney had 15 points with 3 assists and 4 steals. Evan Taylor added 12 points on 5 of 7 shooting and Reed Fenton added 11 points to cap off the scoring in double figures for Lehigh in the win. Ben Knostman added a team-high 6 assists as well in the winning effort for Lehigh.

Marist is 1-7 ATS in their last 8 games against a team with a losing record and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games overall while the over is 8-2 in their last 10 Wednesday games. Lehigh is 5-2 ATS in their last 7 home games and 6-1 ATS in their last 7 Wednesday games while the over is 4-1 in their last 5 games overall.

I get the case to be made for either side in this game, but I’m looking at the over here. The offense is the strength for both of these teams and the level of competition played up to this point doesn’t give us a real read on what these teams are going to do down the road. I’ll back the over here as I think the offenses let loose in this game.
